Same Erased technique as its blue cousin, with the traditional Persian floral cartoon worn back to ghost lines and faint shadows across most of the field. Here the palette runs in soft, washed tones of silver and pale stone, and the result reads more like a chalk drawing than a finished rug. The drawing is most resolved along the upper and lower borders, then fades through the central field in patches and shadows that suggest more than they show. Hand knotted in India from durable wool, then treated to give the surface a vintage finish from new. A modern interpretation that fits well in rooms with concrete, plaster, or weathered wood, where the muted palette and quiet pattern can breathe rather than compete with everything else around it.
