It is handcrafted in Canada using certified organic materials and features a four layer modular design that allows you to customise firmness on each side of the mattress. Like all customizable Obasan mattresses, the Deluxe is fully modular. Every internal layer can be opened, adjusted, rotated, or replaced over time. GOTS Certified Organic Cotton

The outer cover is made from soft, flexible organic cotton that is grown and processed without chemical pesticides or finishes. It is highly breathable and helps wick moisture away from the body. The knit cover moves comfortably with you as you sleep and includes a zippered construction so all internal layers can be accessed and adjusted.

GOTS Certified Organic Wool

Beneath the cotton cover is a substantial layer of organic wool. Wool regulates temperature naturally by drawing moisture away from the body and releasing it into the air. It keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. Wool is also naturally flame resistant, allowing Obasan mattresses to meet Canadian safety standards without chemical flame retardants.
